The 52 Project is a collaborative wellbeing project to create a new book for 2022.

We’d love you to join in and be part of our wellbeing experiment and research!

Each tip is scientifically evidenced to improve your health and mental wellbeing.  We are inviting you to test the science by rating how effective they are in your real life so that we can share your experiences in the book.

So this happened this morning for Dr Iain! At last!

Despite the science telling us how good things can be for us we we can all be reticent to actually try it.  Despite being an advocate of the concept Dr Iain has been putting this one off for some reason.  And guess what!? He actually liked it! He said "I said to myself just manage 10 seconds to start with", after a colleague and fellow tester had said he had done this following our posts, and then he managed over 1 minute.  If you are thinking “he should know better!”: you are right.  We all need to believe and do, or maybe do and then believe, and this can be a struggle for ALL of us.

Thank you again Dulcie @itsnotbloodyrocketscience and others for the motivation and inspiration.  Let’s keep on getting more from life together!
