It’s simple: Find one of our 52 Tips, give it a try and let us know how it goes for you. There’s no set order, just see what resonates.
Each tip is scientifically evidenced to improve your health and mental wellbeing. We are inviting you become a partner in the project – to test the science by rating how effective the tips are in real life and providing support and encouragement to everyone else who is trying the tips too!
We are planning to turn all our joint experience into a book that will be published in 2022. Your feedback will help us to recommend the tips that work best in real life for real people. Our aim is bring the science to life to provide simple tips to increase our motivation and energy at home, at work and wherever else it’s needed.
In the longer term this is your chance to contribute to a project and to see your stories in print to help to change the world – one cup of tea at a time!
