52 Live

When we started The 52 Project we were in the midst of Covid lockdowns. We had no idea of what long term changes and effects it would have on us or those closest to us; our physical and mental health, the way we worked, our outlook on life or opportunities for the future.

What we did know was that we wanted to invite people to try the tips to see if they made a positive difference for them. As the project grew, we could see the difference our tips were making – both for ourselves and our wonderful team of testers. In a very uncertain world, we were helping people create habits that were helping them through in ways that worked for them.

The book was written to make the tips accessible ‘on the go’. Something to dip in and out of whilst trying #tip2, #tip4, or indeed #tip42! We made the tips and their supporting blogs available to everyone via this website so you can explore and extend on what you’ve discovered in the book.

52 Live

With the project and book completed, we’re now able to bring you the 52 Live – the knowledge and power of the project in person to your workplace, school, team, conference or event.

An invitation…

Our years of experience as coaches, trainers and speakers tells us that telling people what to do isn’t always the best way of engaging them. Dr Iain can tell you all the neuroscience around this too! What we do love doing is inviting people to give things a go – to see the difference it makes to them and how they feel.

By inviting people to get involved in the project and try a tip (or 2, or 5!) they told us they felt happier and peformed better both at work and home. Bring this into the workplace and to quote our friend and colleague’s Andrew Jenkins’ maxim for LeadersLiveTV; it becomes “I to the power of we”.

The magic of live!

Our offer is flexible. We’re just as happy working with a small team on a development day to presenting to an auditorium of hundreds. Bring together Dulcie, Iain and Jen for a full interactive experience – each with our specialist knowledge on the tips, the science and how to apply it.

If you’d prefer bite-size chunks with one of us or would like us to bring in one of our special guests from the Instagram lives, that’s totally possible. Keeping to the ethos of The 52 Project – it’s about finding what resonates with you.

Ready to get started?

#the52tips are a collection of new and existing ideas – some of which are widely publicised online. Some of the tips may not be good for you if you have an underlying health condition.
